Carolyn Quan is a Hawaii-based, fine artist whose work has been collected by art collectors worldwide from Australia to Germany to Japan. Her unique photo collages are inspired by spirituality and the beauty that she finds in nature and humankind. Her customized nude portraits are available to you during her show at Hidden Beach Resort. She will photograph you (and yours) on the resort premises and create a beautiful, one-of-a-kind photo collage that you will cherish long after your trip is over. Once the collage is created it will be preserved onto canvas, signed by the artist and then shipped directly to you.

Non-refundable deposits of 50% of the total are required with the booking of the
photo sessions and the balance is due once you have chosen the one photo that will be used

Daily Show and Photoshoot Schedule:

• 8:00 am - 1st client photoshoot •
• 9:30 am - 2nd client photoshoot •

• Lunch time show from Noon - 2:00 pm •

• 3:00 pm - 3rd client photoshoot •
• 4:30 pm - 4th client photoshoot •

• After dinner show from 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm •

 

Basic Package: $500 *Print costs are not included Basic Photoshoot and Basic Photo Collage Creation Price: $100 photoshoot + $400 collage creation Total = $500 US + cost of print(s) - see print options below Includes: • 20 frame photoshoot at the beach • 20 frame photoshoot in a garden setting • Maximum 20 minute meeting with Carolyn's assistant to choose one photo to be used in the collage • No modifications to the final collage

Deluxe Package: $1,000 *Print costs are not included Deluxe Photoshoot and Deluxe Photo Collage Creation Price: $300 photoshoot + $700 collage creation Total: $1,000 US + cost of print(s) - see print options below Includes: • 50 frame photoshoot at the beach • 50 frame photoshoot in a garden setting • Maximum 50 minute meeting with Carolyn's assistant to choose one photo to be used in the collage • Up to one round of modifications to the collage

Superior Package: $1,500 *Print costs are not included Superior Photoshoot and Superior Photo Collage Creation Price: $600 photoshoot + $900 collage creation Total: $1,500 US + cost of print(s) - see print options below Includes: • 200 frame photoshoot in any location or locations of your choice at the resort • Maximum 90 minute meeting with Carolyn's assistant to choose one photo to be used in the collage • Up to two rounds of modifications to the collage

Terms and Conditions:

• We will supply you with a questionnaire that will serve as a guideline for the customization of your photoshoot and collage (ie: Show your faces? Cover certain body parts? Close-ups? etc.) to assist in better understanding what you desire in the final artwork.
• Carolyn will choose all of the other nature elements that will be included in the collage
• Master collages remain in Carolyn's archives for future orders of artwork
• Copyrights to the photos and artwork will remain with Carolyn Quan
• A CD of photos only will be supplied to you for your personal use only
• A non-refundable deposit of 50% of your total order is required with the booking of your
photo session and the balance is due once you have chosen the one photo during the show, that will be used
in the final collage.
